Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Groundwork you agree to these terms. If you use Groundwork on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

Groundwork is a marketing workspace. It helps you define your brand and audience, plan and draft content, publish posts to social accounts you connect yourself, draft and send outreach email, and track engagement and growth.

Groundwork is a tool you operate. It does not act on your behalf without your instruction.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

You may connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage, using each platform's official login (OAuth). You must never share your social media passwords with Groundwork, and we never ask for them.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of every platform you connect, including Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Publishing through Groundwork is always initiated by you; you remain the author and publisher of everything posted.

You may disconnect any account at any time in Settings, which revokes and deletes the stored access token.

Do not use Groundwork to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, to impersonate anyone, to publish unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content, to scrape or automate platforms in violation of their rules, or to circumvent a platform's rate limits or review processes.

You are responsible for the content you create and send, including compliance with anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR where applicable.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Groundwork uses AI to produce draft copy from the context you provide. Drafts may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing everything before it is published or sent. AI drafts are provided without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Groundwork offers a free plan with a monthly AI draft allowance and a paid Pro plan billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it affects your next renewal.

You keep all rights to the content, briefs, leads, and messages you put into Groundwork. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit it solely to operate the service for you — for example, to publish a post you submit or send an email you compose.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Groundwork depends on third-party platforms and APIs; if a platform changes, restricts, or removes an API, related features may stop working, and that is outside our control.

Groundwork is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any marketing result, reach, engagement, or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may stop using Groundwork and delete your account at any time by emailing support@groundwork-marketing.company. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for non-payment.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date below and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Contact: support@groundwork-marketing.company.
